Yes, pairs of berries cling to this shrub by the score. It’s part of the honeysuckle family. So you come to visit the Twinberry early in the season, and you’ll find the tubular yellow flowers typical to that family of climbers and spreaders. Those flowers have a tinge of red, and eventually are flanked by striking red brachts. On the top of that sandwich come those twin purple-to-red berries.
